Blake Lively stuns in a plunging silk blouse and royal purple suit by designer Sergio Hudson for the ‘The Music Man’ opening night at New York’s Winter Garden Theatre on February 10, 2022. She added a pair of purple Calypso pumps by Christian Louboutin, as well as drop earrings and rings designed by her close friend Lorraine Schwartz. The ‘Gossip Girl’ star channeled the ’80s with her dramatic curls, perfectly fitting the vibe of her ensemble.
Blake’s friend Hugh Jackman stars in the the long-awaited Broadway revival alongside Sutton Foster in the roles of Harold Hill and Marian Paroo. The original play, written by Meredith Willson, debuted in 1957 with actors Robert Preston and Barbara Cook (who went on to also reprise their roles in the 1962 film). The musical was a monumental hit, earning a GRAMMY Award and five TONY Awards, alongside a number one hit album on the Billboard Musical Charts.
