This time, the actor didn't just verbally attack his ex, but he reportedly went after their young daughter Lola, 10, with a massive verbal assault.
Charlie and Denise are fighting again, and it’s over money — yes, money, again. Okay, here’s the new report broken down or you. It seems that Denise is asking a Los Angeles family court judge to force Charlie to pay up. He reportedly needs to to either put $7 million back into their daughters’ trust fund, or purchase a home of equal value, according to Radar. Why do you ask? Well, Charlie sold the Mulholland Estates mansion that was supposedly titled to their girls Sam and Lola.

Now, legal documents, filed on January 12, state that Denise and the kids moved into a home in 2011, purchased by Charlie, located in a gated community where he was living. After Denise moved into the house in 2013, Charlie went off the rails and was super hostile towards her and the kids. Court documents state he threatened to kill them,and called Lola a “a f***ing pig whore” — she was 7 years old at the time, according to TMZ. He then reportedly violated their deal by forcing them out of the home and not getting them a new place, which he previously promised. Denise stated in the documents that she and the kids had to get a rental place for $15k a month and that she’s now spent more than $105k on the rental, which includes the security deposit. Sadly, that’s not all. The documents also include nasty text messages from Charlie to the kids — yes, the children. He reportedly sent these horrific messages in late 2013, which allegedly state: “Have a merry Xmas with your loser f***s**t mom … your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a puss wart.” Gross. We can’t keep up with all this drama.
Any who, Charlie’s lawyer told TMZ, “In addition to what Charlie has been paying Denise, he also pays for school, all expenses and it’s still not enough for her. He intends to fight this and believes he will prevail.” While Denise’s rep stated, “Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do.”
