The un-retouched image comes from a December 2013 Marie Claire Mexico and Latin America December 2013 cover story. How the photo originally leaked is unclear, but fans are showing support for the model for still looking sexy at 48 — flaws and all!

Cindy actually gave a very timely quote to the very magazine she snapped this photo for last month, while promoting her new documentary film Hospital in the Sky.
“I really think—at any age—it’s learning to be comfortable in your own skin,” she told Marie Claire. “If women would treat themselves with the same kind of love they give to their friends, that would be such a great gift we could give ourselves.”
“What makes you the most attractive is self-confidence. That’s what people see.”
Cindy Crawford’s Battle With Self-Esteem
Still, the model admits that she has her own bouts with low self-confidence — just like any other woman.
“I have those days,” she told the mag. “I don’t want to act like I don’t—especially now. As a young model, you have 4 a.m. call times; now when they give me early call times I’m like, ‘I’ll get up whenever you want…but my face doesn’t really like to get up before 7 or 8. I’ll be there, I’m just not sure you’re going to want to shoot me.'”
We think Cindy’s worried about nothing! Her face is flawless in this shot. Many women would be happy to age as gracefully as she clearly has!
