Rank Shamrock
Frank Shamrock, born December 8, 1972, is a mixed martial artist known as a champion in the ring and a coach. Frank was the very first athlete of his kind to hold the UFC Middleweight Championship (later renamed the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship) and retired a four-time defending undefeated champion. Frank’s style of training has been constantly evolving, and he attributes much of his success to different elements and new inspirations from Ideginous style of shoot wrestling to kickboxing and more. Along with his own work in the ring, Frank is also a coach, teaching what he has learned and formulated over the years to the next generation of fighters. In his career, Frank has won roughly 35 mixed martial arts fights. Outside of the ring, Frank is a single father to his daughter Nicolette, born in April 2008.
