“He’s bitter about the break-up,” an insider tells Star magazine. “Of course he’s trying to get whatever he can out of this.”
Heidi, 38, is worth an estimated $70 million and Seal is worth just about $15 million — that’s quite the difference!
What was most shocking about his divorce petition was the 49-year-old singer requested joint legal custody of the Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5 and two-year-old Lou. Heidi wants primary physical custody of their brood, while the father is allowed visitation rights.
“He’d disappear for weeks and leave her with the kids, without telling her where he was,” the insider adds. “That’s one reason they’re getting divorced.”
The insider insists Seal is a “deadbeat dad!”
