1 oz sparkling water

Method: Pour the wine into a wine glass filled with ice. Stir in the lemon juice and simple syrup. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh thyme.

2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
1/2 orange, thinly sliced and quartered
1 bottle Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
2 ½ tablespoons Basil Simple Syrup
½ Jalapeno, thinly sliced (optional)
Ice for serving
Place the peaches and orange slices into a large pitcher and pour the wine and simple syrup over the fruit. Add the jalapeno slices, if using, and stir. Chill for 4 hours, or overnight. Serve over ice.
