Lyrica Anderson
Lyrica is the daughter of former Ikette (backing vocalist for Tina Turner), Lyrica Garrett. Following in her mom’s musical footsteps, she made a career for herself as a songwriter, in which she wrote dance club hit “Pyramid” (sung by Charice) as well as “All Night Long” and “Together” (sung by Demi Lovato). (She’s even written for Queen Bey herself!)
She eventually started releasing her own music in 2013, and then joined the cast of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood in 2016 to… well, focus more on her love for hip hop. She also focused on her love life during this time and soon married L&HH costar A1 Bentley.
The show followed the ups and downs of the rapper and singer’s marriage, which we must say, got very bumpy (not including Lyrica’s baby bump). Their son Ocean Zion Bentley was later born on November 30, 2018.
