Michael’s Letters To Kourtney & Scott — An Emotional Appeal
Michael wrote a letter to Kourtney, dated April 23, 2013. He also wrote one to Scott! The model is giving the couple one last chance to take a DNA test before he sues Kourtney.
In a plea to Kourtney, Michael said: “My attentions are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott. But at the same time, Mason deserves to know the truth. I assure you that I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason. Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously, because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”
In his letter to Scott, he writes, “I’m sure I’m the last person you wanna hear from. I don’t know what Kourtney has told you, but I can honestly say Kourt and I had unprotected sex, nine months before Mason was born. I urge you to take a DNA test for the real truth. Let’s settle this once and for all.”
Kourtney & Michael: How They Met
Michael and Kourtney reportedly met in August 2008 at a photo shoot for 944 magazine. “I was handpicked by her, and it was filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians. I had watched the first season of the show and was a fan — they’re beautiful girls. I was going to try to get to know her if the opportunity came up. I tried to make her laugh. I was on a mission before the shoot was over to get her information,” Michael told inTouch magazine.
Michael alleges that he did get Kourtney’s Blackberry Messenger address, and after a few hangouts at his apartment, they had some “great” sex that lasted “15 to 20 minutes.” Michael assumed Kourtney was on the pill because they never discussed protection. He claims that he never heard from Kourtney again.
Penelope & Mason: Not Siblings?
It wasn’t until the birth of Penelope Scotland Disick in July that Michael decided to move forward with finding out Mason’s true paternity.
“I don’t believe Mason and Penelope look like siblings. I feel like Penelope looks more like Scott and Mason looks more like me. Mason is a lot darker-skinner than Penelope, which is something he would definitely get from me, not Scott. Mason has the same skin tone and features I had at that age. Looking at my baby photos and then seeing Mason just breaks my heart. To see that he looks like me and could be mine — but not being permitted to know the truth pains me,” Michael tells Star magazine.
However, a source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “It’s not true. Kourtney met this guy once at a shoot years ago and never again.”
Kourtney’s rep tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “That is absolutely ridiculous. [Scott] is the father.”
