Megan was honored with the Woman of the Year award & she rocked this skintight black MônotSpring 2022 cut-out dress. The long-sleeve dress featured a high neckline & was super cropped, putting her tummy on display. The bottom half of the dress featured a low-cut asymmetrical hem.
