Met Gala Dresses 2019: Photos Of Best Dressed Stars
In what has been dubbed ‘fashion prom’, the MET Gala is the biggest night of the year for stars and fashion icons to be seen. No, not just be seen — be seen and be admired! Being crowned as one of the best dressed at the MET Gala is a huge accomplishment, considering the level of competition. Sadly, no such style competition was held in 2020, due to a worldwide health crisis that indefinitely postponed that year’s gala. At least the 2019 Met Gala went out with a bang!
All the hottest stars come out to play that year, wearing only the finest ensembles crafted by the greatest creative minds in the fashion world. Still, there are always those looks that miss the mark, leaving the path clear for standout fashion moments while the whole world is watching. In years passed, stars like Rihanna, Blake Lively, and of course, Beyonce herself, have made the coveted list. With the theme in 2019 being “camp” however, the door was open for some more eclectic and out-of-the-box fashion stars to take the lead.
