Danny Trejo is a beloved action star who has starred in over 300 films and TV shows. He’s best known for action flicks, like ‘Con Air’ and ‘Heat’, but the gruff star also has a soft side. He’s acted in a number of kids movies, including ‘Muppets Most Wanted’, ‘Spy Kids’ (another Robert Rodriguez film’, and ‘Dora and the Lost City of Gold’. His most famed role of all, though, is playing the killer Machete in the film saga of the same name. Before becoming an actor, after getting his big break in the 1985 prison-set film ‘The Runaway Train’, Danny was a convict who spends years in and out of various prisons, including the famed San Quentin.
