So, while Kim Kardashian and Beyonce were turning heads on the red carpet, this picture (seen above) started making the rounds on Twitter, while “Jason Derulo” started trending.
Apparently, Twitter users thought this man in the white suit resembled Jason Derulo — we’re not sure how, though. Truth be told, the falling pic was actually taken at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. Huffington Post covered the scary fall at the time of the incident.

We’re still confused as to why people thought this man was Jason Derulo, but at least her had a sense of humor about it! The “Talk Dirty” singer claimed he was at “rehearsal” and didn’t even attend the Met Ball.
