While his often-NSFW trash talk has gotten under the skin of many of his opponents, sometimes his mouth writes a check that his fists can’t cash. He suffered his first UFC loss in 2016, after Nate Diaz forced him to submit in the second round. In 2018, he was once against forced to submit after Khabib Nurmagomedov locked on a neck crank. Conor also famously lost a 2017 boxing match against Floyd Mayweather via TKO.
