Do you agree that Rob isn’t romantic, or do you think he’s just being modest?
Here’s some Robert Pattinson news that might come as a surprise to girlfriend Kristen Stewart! Though he did say “I like being in love” during a recent interview with Germany’s TZ Newspaper, he also admitted that events of his past made him realize, “I’m not a romantic person.” So what could have possibly happened to Rob that would leave his heart scarred like that?
“When I was 14, I put a flower on the chair of a classmate,” he reveals. “She thought it was from someone else. … I decided that that was the end of me with being romantic.”
Whoever that girl was, we bet she’s kicking herself now for ignoring R-Patz’s affections.
But as for Rob not being romantic, keep this in mind: He plays guitar, he travels halfway around the world to see his girlfriend, and he has a heart-stopping British accent. Whether he does it intentionally or not, we think he’s absolutely a romantic person.
Just take last year’s birthday outing, for example. He and K-Stew spent a romantic day (and night) at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Laguna Beach, Calif.
