Sacha is an English actor and comedian. He is well known for his creation and portrayal of four fictional characters: Ali G, Borat Sagdiyev, Bruno Gehard and Admiral General Aladeen. While playing these characters, Baron Cohen is known to set up unsuspecting people for comedic purposes, which he most notably did in the 2006 film Borat, a move which he also wrote and produced, and won the Best Actor, Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, Golden Globe Award for.
Baron Cohen is married to Australian actress Isla Fisher, who he met at a party in 2002. The pair got engaged in 2004, and married six years later on March 15, 2010 in Paris. Together, the couple have two daughters: Olive (born October 19, 2007) and Elula (born August 2010).
