Yikes! It seems like Cristiano wanted to look extra-spicy for his match against Wales in the Euro 2016 semifinals on July 6, but it may have blown up in his face. We think the new fade hairdo is pretty cool: Cristiano shaved half od his head with a distinct line from front to back, leaving the rest well-trimmed and sexy looking.

However, many fans didn’t quite agree with us. They thought he looked utterly ridiculous, and immediately rushed to Twitter to tear the soccer star to pieces! Some were complaining about the cut, while others just seem to hate the player in general, but all of them had us in stitches!

Luckily, regardless of the hate the haircut clearly hasn’t affected Cristiano’s game. Or maybe it has special powers! He managed to score a goal in the semifinals of the Euro 2016… off his head, no less! It’s looking pretty good that he’ll get to face off against Germany or France in the finals, and who knows what hairstyle he’ll show up with if that happens!
