Teresa Giudice, 48, didn’t need to wait until New Year’s Eve for a holiday kiss. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star received a big smooch on the cheek from her new boyfriend, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, 46, as he wrapped his arms tightly around Teresa at her Christmas Eve party on Dec. 24. A guest at the festivities (@digangi05) snapped a picture of the PDA moment, writing “Louie & Tre” over the sweet photo; Teresa reposted the picture on her own Instagram Story.

Teresa wore a strapless bandeau top covered in purple feathers, which she paired with skintight black latex pants. Her new beau, meanwhile, also wore black pants under a white dress shirt. HollywoodLife confirmed that Teresa was seeing Louie, a New Jersey-based businessman who co-founded Digital Media Solutions, at the beginning of November. Three days before Christmas, Teresa went Instagram official with Louie, who is the first man she has publicly dated after finalizing her divorce from Joe Giudice, 48, in September.

Teresa played hostess for her Christmas Eve bash, which she threw for her family members. Her brother Joe Gorga and his wife/Teresa’s RHONJ co-star Melissa Gorga attended, along with their kids Antonia, Gio and Joey. Of course, Teresa’s kids were at the party as well; Melissa shared a sweet video of Teresa’s daughter Milania Giudice, 14, with her cousin Antonia on the Bravo star’s Instagram Story. Teresa’s eldest daughter Gia Giudice, 19, also teamed up with Auntie Melissa — who looked gorgeous in a sparkly mini dress and thigh-high boots — for a Christmas Eve TikTok.

Teresa decked out her New Jersey mansion for the celebration. Garlands, ornaments and festive lines lined the handrail of the grand stairwell in her home’s foyer, in which Teresa also erected a massive Christmas tree brimming with presents. The mom of four also laid out an elegant dining table for her guests, and served all kinds of delicious dishes: linguine with clams, marinated oysters, breaded shrimp, calamari, meats and cheeses and a variety of desserts.

This is Teresa’s first Christmas with Louie, whom we’ve heard she “thinks is perfect for her,” a source close to the Bravo star EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife in November. “Teresa has a very full plate with her girls and her career, and she isn’t in a position to settle down at this point so she’s taking things slow. But that’s why this relationship works for her and why she’s so attracted to him because Louie is in the same position,” our insider explained. “He’s an entrepreneur like she is, he’s hard working and dedicated to his sons, and she loves that he spends so much of his time working with charities that help children.”
