Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark are engaged! HL spoke EXCLUSIVELY with the couple about why they're taking their time leading up to marriage and what they're going to do now that their love is out in the open.
Tayshia Adams, 30, got her happily ever after with Zac Clark, 36, at the end of her journey to find love on The Bachelorette. Zac proposed to Tayshia during the finale, and she happily accepted. HollywoodLife talked EXCLUSIVELY with the couple the day after the finale about what their plans are in the new year and if we should expect a wedding!
“[In] 2021 we’re gonna travel and have fun and be engaged and really just make the most out of life,” Zac told HollywoodLife. “And then we’re gonna see where the chips fall. I think I’m wanting to have a huge wedding, and she’s wanting to run away to an island.”
In the past four months since filming ended, Tayshia and Zac have had to keep their engagement news under wraps. Tayshia revealed how often they saw each other as they awaited the finale and also dealt with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“As often as we possibly could while still remaining safe,” Tayshia said. “But obviously, like he said, wearing the masks have really helped us fly under the radar if you will. But we’ve seen each other as much as we possibly can. It’s been good.” Right after they got engaged, Tayshia and Zac celebrated Tayshia’s 30th birthday on Sept. 4. “We had a birthday party,” Zac revealed.
