The Video Music Awards are always jam-packed with performances, and that was no different at the 2019 show on August 26. Stars like Taylor Swift, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Normani, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, the Jonas Brothers and PLENTY more all took the stage to perform, and it was a night to be remembered. This year, Missy Elliott was awarded with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, which meant that an entire segment of the show was dedicated to her performing a medley of her hits and accepting the honor. Plus, Sebastian Maniscalco killed it as the host of the show, and had the audience and viewers cracking up throughout the night.
